1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear written statement to:

3. Important Exception for Opened or Used Perfumes
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
This means: if you have opened, sprayed, or used a perfume from Nwaky Artisan Perfumery, we are unable to accept a return. This exception is provided under Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Unopened, sealed products remain fully eligible for return within the 14-day withdrawal period.
4. How to Return Your Order
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal:
- Repack the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship it back to us within 14 days of notifying us to:

The Netherlands - Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refunds
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of you providing proof of return shipment (whichever is earlier).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any diminished value of the goods, if that diminished value is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nwaky.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Bespoke Perfume Services
Bespoke perfume commissions are non-refundable once the creation process has begun, as they are custom-made to your personal specifications. This is in accordance with Article 16 ( c ) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which excludes custom-made goods from the right of withdrawal.
